With a career rooted in nonprofit theater, I decided to launch My Purple Crayon Advisors to apply my knowledge and experience and share my successes and lessons learned to drive change across the field.

I’m here for values-driven organizations ready to unlock their potential through bold strategies, visionary planning, and transformative leadership. My work is guided by my unwavering core values: integrity, authenticity, and decency, fueling every step we take together. 

As a teacher, listener, and lifelong learner, I’ve mentored and championed new generations of leaders, guiding with collaboration, creativity, and compassion at every turn.
