With a career rooted in nonprofit theater, I decided to launch My Purple Crayon Advisors to apply my knowledge and experience and share my successes and lessons from my failures to drive change across the field.

I’m here for values-driven organizations ready to unlock their potential through bold strategies, visionary planning, and transformative leadership. My work is guided by my unwavering core values: integrity, authenticity, and decency, fueling every step we take together.

As a teacher, listener, and lifelong learner, I’ve mentored and championed new generations of leaders, guiding with collaboration, creativity, and compassion at every turn.
